For students of the ERASMUS or any other international programm studentapartments24 offers a reduced renting period of 6 month. Unfortunately, a shorter renting period is not possible.

Sure! We always have an integrated high-quality kitchen from the company "Ostermann" in our apartments. A dishwasher and a ceramic hob is als included.

(Ja! Unsere Apartments werden grundsätzlich mit einer sehr hochwertigen Küche des Möbelhauses Ostermann ausgestattet. Hierzu gehört gehört zum Beispiel auch der Geschirrspüler und ein ordentliches Cerankochfeld.)

Sure! We also offer completetly furnished apartments for students of the ERASMUS or any other international programm. The funished apartments include beds, wardrobes, dining tables, sofas, carpets, mirrows, etc.)

(Ja! Wir bieten in den Apartments, die wir speziell für die Studierenden aus dem ERASMUS und aus anderen internationalen Programmen hergerichtet haben, auch eine vollständige Möblierung (Betten, Kleiderschränke, Esstisch, Sofa, Teppiche, Spiegel, usvm.).)

Sure! For students of the ERAMSUS or any other international programm we offer basic equipment (e.g., pillows, upper bed, pots and pens, cutleries, glases, dishes, drying towels, mattress protectors, etc.).

Unfortunately, no. You have to bring bet linen and towels on your own due to hygienic reasons. Please also take care of cleaning supplies for the apartment.

(Leider nein! Aus hygienischen Gründen bitten wir euch Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Utensilien zum Reinigen der Wohnung mitzubringen.)

In furnished apartments there is only a cleaning rate at the end of the renting period of 240€. We do not have any other additional costs.

Bei den möblierten Wohnungen wird eine Reinigungspauschale nach der Mietzeit von 240€ erhoben. Andere Zusatzkosten fallen nicht an.

Sure! Apartments can also be rented by one single person. The prices for the apartment are listed on our main page.

We do not want to put you in an apartment together with unknown students or people that you maybe don't like. Therefore it is not possible to rent single rooms in an apartment. However, we are more than happy to get you in contact with other students which are in the same situation like you. You can get in touch with each other and rent an apartment together. Please use the contact formular to write us in this case. Alternativly you can rent the apartment on your own and look for roommates afterwards. Please see the listed prices for the apartments on our main page.

(Da wir euch nicht mit jemandem zusammen in ein Apartment unterbringen wollen, den Ihr nicht kennt oder mit dem Ihr womöglich nicht zusammenleben möchtet, vermieten wir keine einzelnen Zimmer. Wir bringen euch aber gerne mit anderen potentiellen Mitbewohnern in Kontakt, damit ihr euch vorab kennenlernen könnt und zusammen ein Apartment anmietet. Unfortunately, yes. However, you have the opportunitiy to find a new tenant for the room for the rest of the time. This option is only possible with the approval of the land lord and your other roommates.

(Leider ja! Wir bieten euch aber die Möglichkeit an, einen Nachmieter für den restlichen Zeitraum in das Apartment zu holen. Dies muss jedoch im Einverständnis mit uns und eurer*eurem Mitbewohner*in geschehen.)
